General Member - $1,000.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments General Members shall be New York State licensed physicians, board certified in cardiology.

Associate Member - $2,500.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments An Associate Member is an individual or entity with a strong interest in the field of cardiology, recognized at the discretion of the Board, based on specific eligibility criteria. This interest may manifest in two ways: (1) as an individual or entity engaged in providing services and goods to cardiologists or cardiology providers, or (2) through a financial stake in an ambulatory surgery center or hospital. Associate Members are active participants in the cardiology community, offering services, products, and expert consultation to cardiologists.
